Tim Lindsay
Operations Controller, Wastech Services Inc.
Tim is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and business processes for the Campbell Hill Landfill.
Prior to joining Belkorp, Tim worked in a variety of accounting roles for 14 years, primarily for professional services and government organizations.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Meghan Gulyas
Senior Engineer: Design & Regulatory Compliance, Campbell Hill Landfill
Meghan is responsible for interfacing with regulatory agencies as well as managing the engineering and design services for the Campbell Hill Landfill.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2020, Meghan spent five years working in the industrial construction industry across Northern Alberta and British Columbia.
Meghan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Brandon Manrique
Southern Regional Manager, Belkorp Ag
Brandon is responsible for business development in the Central Valley of California and overall sales management.
Brandon has 15 years of dealership experience including 10 years with the aftermarket team. In 2015, he assumed his current position and has become an integral part of the sales team.
Trish Smith
Director of Human Resources, Belkorp Ag
Patricia is responsible for the development and implementation of human resource strategies, benefits, compensation, development, labor relations and staffing for Belkorp Ag.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2015, Patricia spent 10 years at North American Specialty Products and six years at CertainTeed Corporation as a Human Resource & Safety Manager.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, is PHR certified from the HR Certification Institute, and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
Lilia Dunhouse
Controller, Belkorp Ag
Lilia oversees all financial planning and reporting functions within Belkorp Ag.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2013, Lilia spent two years at Withrow & Baggett as a Certified Public Accountant and two years at American Plastics as an Accounting Manager.
Lilia holds a Master of Mathematics from the Southern Federal University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Connor Pate
Manager of Precision Agriculture, Belkorp Ag
Connor is responsible for facilitating Belkorp Ag customers in applying technological innovations to their farming practices. He also provides technical customer support, ensuring the smooth integration and use of equipment and technology.
Prior to joining Belkorp Ag in January of 2023, Connor spent 4 years at Huron Orchard Services as a PCA and Farm Manager. He’s also worked with the California State University Chico as the Head Nutrient Analyst while earning his degree and Simplot Grower Solutions as a Field Technician.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Crop Production, Horticulture, and Land Resource Management from California State University, Chico.
Doug Dingeldein
B2C, CCE, and WG Inventory Manager, Belkorp Ag
Doug is responsible for consumer and construction equipment sales as well as overall sales department operations for Belkorp Ag.
Prior to joining Belkorp Ag in July of 2012, Doug worked for the John Deere dealership for 8 years.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis.
